Things people ask before subscribing

How do I cancel? +
iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → NearCircle → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No chat interview, no "are you sure" loops, no retention offer loop.
Can one subscription cover my whole family? +
Yes. A Family subscription covers up to 20 members across 10 circles. One person pays, everyone in their circles gets premium features. No per-seat billing games.
What's your refund policy? +
Refunds go through Apple's refund flow (reportaproblem.apple.com) — that's standard for iOS apps. We'll happily support any legitimate refund request. Our goal is not to trap unhappy users.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes. First-time Plus and Family subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. We'll send a reminder before the trial converts.
Is NearCircle iOS-only? +
During the beta, yes. Android is on our 2026 roadmap — we're building it native rather than using a cross-platform shim, because reliability and battery efficiency matter more than speed to market.
