TestFlight invite

We're rolling out seats in batches. Most invites go out within 1-2 weeks of signup, depending on our current cohort. You'll get a single email with the TestFlight link.

Quick feedback loop

We ship updates weekly. Every tester gets a way to send feedback directly from the app — we read every note and often reply personally. Your real-world bugs drive the roadmap.

No spam, ever

We email you the invite. That's it. No "reactivation" drip campaigns, no referral tree, no upsell sequences. If you want product updates later, you opt in — default is opt-out.

iOS 16.1+

NearCircle requires iOS 16.1 or later. iPhone 14 and newer get access to Emergency SOS via Satellite features.

Apple Watch optional

The watch companion adds SOS and fall detection. Not required — but tested and included in the beta.

Before you sign up

Is the beta free? +
Yes. TestFlight beta participants get full access to Plus and Family features at no charge. When we ship on the App Store, you can decide whether to stay on a paid tier or drop to Free.
Will my data carry over to the public launch? +
Yes. Your circles, saved places, and preferences persist across the beta-to-launch transition. You won't have to rebuild anything.
Is my family's data safe during the beta? +
Yes. The same privacy guarantees that apply to the shipping app apply in the beta: end-to-end encryption, on-device AI, no data selling, TLS in transit. Read the full privacy policy.
Android? +
On the roadmap for 2026. We're building it native, not cross-platform. Drop your email and we'll notify you when the Android beta opens too.
